Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Sales Manager to lead our micro mortgage sales team in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BFSI, particularly in micro mortgages, with 2-7 years of experience. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to meet targets. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
