Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets through effective key account management, media sales, digital sales, print sales, radio sales, and B2B sales strategies.
Develop and execute business plans to drive growth in existing markets and expand into new ones.
Build strong relationships with clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.

Job Requirements :

14-18 years of experience in advertising & marketing industry with expertise in ad sales, b2b sales, digital sales, key account management, media sales, print sales, radio sales.
Proven track record of achieving revenue generation targets through effective team management and strategy development.
Strong understanding of the local market dynamics and ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions.
