Job Description

As a Sales Branch Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of all sales and revenue targets for the branch. You will manage a team of Sales Managers and Sales Officers, hire, train, and motivate the sales teams to achieve budgets. Additionally, you will be involved in formulating and implementing sales and service strategies, coordinating between all Sales Support Departments, and educating to enhance awareness of the company's products. You will also focus on ensuring the highest levels of customer service delivery. Your key responsibilities will include: - Achieving the sales targets set for the branch and all other revenue targets such as IRR, PF, Tenor, Sales productivity & CoA. - Managing sales promotion activities and budgets, ensuring adequate sales capacity through hiring, training, and retention of sales resources. - Implementing strong controls to manage sourcing quality and requisite disbursement rates. - Ensuring that acquisitions are made within the branch catchment area only. - Monitoring performance by managing key drivers like Volume, Profitability parameters, Cost of acquisition, Productivity, and Product Mix.
