Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Branch Sales Manager to expand our B2B footprint across Central Government, State Government, Defense, Education, and the corporate sector in Chandigarh, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, and Jammu & Kashmir. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar industry.

The candidate should be capable of driving business growth both independently and through effective team leadership. He will be responsible for developing the branch as an independent profit center. In the near future, we plan to establish a full-fledged office in Zirakpur; currently, we are operating from a co-working space in Zirakpur.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote company products and solutions.
  • Generate leads, qualify opportunities, and close B2B sales independently.
  • Build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and decision-makers to secure projects.
  • Deliver impactful product presentations and conduct technical discussions with clients.
  • Coordinate with technical and installation teams for successful project delivery.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project execution.
  • Lead and manage the branch team effectively to achieve sales targets.

Candidate Profile

  • Must have 5+ years of prior experience in B2B Govt. sales within a similar field/industry.

  • Ability to work independently as well as manage a sales team.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Should own a four-wheeler.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary:

    Negotiable (based on experience)
  • Performance-based incentives monthly or quarterly, linked to targets.

  • Annual net profit sharing

    (upon achieving yearly targets)
