Job Description

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and goal-driven Branch Manager to lead our gold retail branch operations. The ideal candidate must have 3 to 5 years of proven experience in gold sales, excellent communication skills in English and Telugu, and the ability to lead a team while ensuring exceptional customer service and business growth. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operations of the branch and ensure smooth functioning of gold sales and customer service. Drive sales performance and achieve monthly revenue targets through effective team management and strategy implementation. Handle high-value customer transactions, explain gold pricing, weight, and purity with clarity and confidence. Train and motivate sales staff to maintain service standards and product knowledge. Monitor stock levels, handle billing accuracy, and ensure branch compliance with company policies. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Address customer concerns or complaints professionally and promptly. Maintain daily reports, sales documentation, and communicate branch performance to senior management. 🔹 Requirements:Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in gold or jewellery sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of gold valuation, pricing, and customer behavior in the gold industry. Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu. Proven ability to manage a team and meet/exceed sales targets. Good knowledge of POS systems, billing, and inventory handling. Customer-oriented attitude with high ethical standards.
