Description

The Branch Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction at our branch. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong ties with existing clients.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and achieve sales targets.
Conduct regular meetings and reviews with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client inquiries effectively.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
Prepare and present reports on branch performance, client feedback, and market analysis to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
8-15 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or business development in the banking or financial services industry.
Strong understanding of banking products and services, including loans, deposits, and investment options.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and demonstrate a track record of successful relationship management.
Analytical skills to assess client needs and market opportunities effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
