Job Description

As a Relationship Manager for High Net worth Customers, your main role is to develop new relationships and expand existing ones by sourcing customers for liabilities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Sourcing new bank customers through external individual efforts and acquisition channels. - Cross-selling bank products to the existing set of Branch customers that are mapped to you. - Informing customers about new products or enhancements to further expand the banking relationship. - Planning and conducting special sales initiatives and events for both prospective and existing clients. - Coordinating with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products. - Maintaining a complete relationship record for the assigned customer accounts. - Tracking customer complaints/queries and ensuring quick turnaround times for customer satisfaction. To qualify for this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Graduates should have 3-5 years of experience, while Post Graduates should have 2-3 years of experience. - Customer orientation is a key trait for success in this role. - You should possess high energy and drive to excel in this position. - Having AMFI / IRDA certification is preferred for this role.,
