Role Description

The Branch Relationship Manager role is a full-time, on-site position located in Mahavan. The Branch Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with branch partners, achieving business targets, and driving cross-selling initiatives. The role involves developing and implementing strategies to meet sales goals, maintaining policyholder engagement, and ensuring adherence to compliance standards. Additionally, the manager will play a key role in training and motivating branch staff to promote life insurance products and services.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills with experience in achieving financial targets
• Relationship management and customer engagement experience, including the ability to build and sustain partnerships
• Knowledge of life insurance products and industry regulations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Leadership and team management skills to train, guide, and inspire branch staff
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools and other relevant software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• Previous experience in the financial services or insurance industry is preferred
