Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Branch Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our branch location. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient branch performance, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and developing a team of skilled professionals.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise branch staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement strategies to meet branch sales goals and performance targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, implementing improvements as needed
- Resolve customer complaints and escalated issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall branch efficiency
- Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports on branch activities and performance
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement
- Represent the company at local events and build relationships with community partners
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch operations management or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems
- Knowledge of financial products and services
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work extended hours as needed
