Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Branch Operations Manager based in Burdwan. The Branch Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day branch activities, ensuring smooth functioning and compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. Key responsibilities include managing branch operations, optimizing customer satisfaction, supervising banking staff, ensuring quality service delivery, and identifying opportunities to enhance branch performance. The role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships and addressing customer concerns effectively.
