Job Description

Role Overview:
We are looking for an Administrative Officer to handle daily operations, support all departments, and help achieve business targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales and business targets.
  • Make sure all departments give 100% productivity and improve results every month.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly outputs from all teams.
  • Maintain existing strategies and bring in new ideas to improve performance.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with staff and clients.
  • Ensure all staff follow company rules and policies.
  • Create an active, positive work environment to use manpower effectively.
  • Handle office events and public interactions smoothly.
  • Oversee all departmental work and push performance to the next level.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Management or Engineering ).
  • 5–10 years of experience in administration or operations.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and email handling.
  • Ability to multitask and work with multiple teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
