Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior General Project Manager to lead multiple infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on execution, operations, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will bring over a decade of experience in project management, particularly in Water Treatment Projects, and will possess a solid understanding of government tender processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale engineering projects.

2. Drive operational excellence across all phases of the project lifecycle.

3. Prepare, submit, and manage government tenders efficiently.

4. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

5. Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.

6. Liaise with clients, government bodies, and regulatory authorities as required.

Key Requirements:

• Strong engineering background with proven expertise in Water Treatment Projects.
• Demonstrated ability in operations and project management.
• Excellent team leadership and people management skills.
• Sound knowledge of government tenders – from documentation to execution.
• Exposure to solar projects is a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related fields).
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
