Job Description

Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Manage warehouse layout, inventory storage, and stock levels to meet company goals.
Coordinate and negotiate shipments with transporters.
Collaborate with the regional sales team to maintain customer satisfaction.
Supervise shift planning, staff allocations, and training programs.
Maintain accurate inventory records, reports, and compliance documentation.
Set performance targets and uphold quality and safety standards.
Lead hiring, professional development, and team training initiatives.
Ensure adherence to company ethics, leadership values, and Occupational Safety and Health requirements.
Assess operational effectiveness, address concerns, and implement improvements.
Facilitate communication with branch and senior managers to share best practices and business insights.
Handle additional responsibilities as needed.

About you

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration from an accredited institution.
Minimum 5 years of experience in warehousing, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership, managerial, and organizational skills with proven team-building abilities.
Expertise in safety and legal procedures for handling and receiving goods.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Excellent time management and crisis resolution skills.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Willing to travel abroad occasionally.
