Ensure that the proper knowledge of the Victaulic System is present in his territory, through usage of adequate means such as: seminars, training, technical literature, and technical support.    Participate at trade shows and other promotional activities beneficial to the promotion of the Victaulic system. Visit job sites and follow up on the installation process of the Victaulic System by the contractors. What you will do Logistics: Plan, schedule, and coordinate for delivery of inbound and outbound shipments. Ensure timely pickup and delivery according to business requirements Day-to-day coordination with freight forwarder and CHA for timely delivery of import of goods Responsible for custom clearance activities: o SIMS submission, import checklist approval, BOE payment, consignment delivery from port to India facility Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations. Stay updated on changes in customs policies, import tariffs and duty structures. Address and resolve clearance related issues Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities for reporting and audits. Liaise with logistics service providers for rates, schedule and service quality. Process all freight invoices and identify discrepancies, if any. Monitor overall logistics spend and identify opportunities for savings. The Role This role is key in ensuring our operations are set up for success by working closely with our logistics service providers (Freight forwarders, CHA, transporters etc.) to ensure an effective service is consistently provided to support our overall India operations. What you will do Logistics: Plan, schedule, and coordinate for delivery of inbound and outbound shipments. Ensure timely pickup and delivery according to business requirements Day-to-day coordination with freight forwarder and CHA for timely delivery of import of goods Responsible for custom clearance activities: o SIMS submission, import checklist approval, BOE payment, consignment delivery from port to India facility Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations. Stay updated on changes in customs policies, import tariffs and duty structures. Address and resolve clearance related issues Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities for reporting and audits. Liaise with logistics service providers for rates, schedule and service quality. Process all freight invoices and identify discrepancies, if any. Monitor overall logistics spend and identify opportunities for savings. Operational Support: Be a safety ambassador and support the safety performance at the Branch to ensure everyone goes home safe every day - Zero Harm . As required, support the Buyers Team for placing/releasing POs with 3rd party suppliers Support the Buyers Team to expedite deliveries to meet customer requirements based on system notifications, Supply Chain requests or Customer Care requests Support the planning and coordination of stock control, stock consolidation and warehouse administration processes to ensure stock is replenished with the right product in the right place, at the right time, every time. Maintain the M3/Infor (ERP System) ensuring transactional accuracy of information is accurate and updated consistently. Also, support any ongoing M3 upgrades required. Drive best practice for all dispatch of products from the Branch to the customer to ensure a high level of quality, accuracy and safety is achieved and sustained Support the FEM Program, conduct Toolbox meetings, FEM Audits and Lean events (Baseline, SWF, KB, Problem Solving, etc.). Take on the responsibility of Acting Operations Manager during times of annual leave and absence. About you Minimum of 8 years Logistics and Warehouse or Operational disciplines. Description Overview We are seeking an experienced Product Data & Sustainability Specialist with strong expertise in Product Information Management (PIM) systems , product data processes, and related tools. This position will be based offshore in India - Mumbai and will work closely with our European teams to ensure product data is accurate, consistent, and compliant across customer- and country-specific platforms. The role requires a proactive, independent professional who can collaborate effectively from distance, while understanding the specific requirements of European platforms and regulations. Beyond managing current product data processes, you will play a key role in preparing the company for upcoming sustainability reporting obligations such as CBAM . Key Responsibilities Product Data Management & PIM Expertise Manage, maintain, and optimize product data across customer- and country-specific platforms. Ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance of product information within PIM systems and integrated platforms. Develop and implement best practices for product data governance, reporting, and quality control. System & Process Ownership Act as the subject matter expert for PIM and related product data workflows. Use Excel and BI tools to analyze, visualize, and report on product data across markets. Analyze, document, and improve processes for updating and maintaining product data. Collaborate with IT to ensure efficient system integrations and smooth data flows. Sustainability & Compliance Prepare for future requirements on sustainability-related product data (e.g. CBAM reporting, carbon footprint, recyclability). Identify relevant data sources and define how sustainability information will be captured and maintained in systems. Partner with Sustainability, Regulatory, and Product Management teams in Europe to align reporting capabilities with compliance needs. Collaboration & Support Work closely with Sales Administration, Marketing, Product Management, IT, and Regulatory teams in Europe. Serve as the go-to expert for product data management in a multi-country context. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Product Management, Data Management, or a related field. 3–5+ years of experience with PIM systems, plus solid working knowledge of ERP systems. Advanced skills in Excel (data handling, pivot tables, reporting). Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Qlik) for analysis and visualization. Proven ability to manage complex product data across multiple platforms and regions. Familiarity with regulatory and sustainability reporting requirements is an advantage (CBAM knowledge is a plus). Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent English communication skills; knowledge of European languages or prior experience using translation/AI tools is a plus.
