Learn more about how our innovativepiping products and design services can engineer confidence into your build by visiting our website.Position:Sales Engineer - Fire ProtectionDelhi, IndiaLocation:Reports To:Regional Sales ManagerSCOPE: As a Sales Engineer, this role will be responsible for Sales and Promotion of the Victaulicproduct range and system in India (Delhi region).ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties maybeassigned.Responsible for sales and promotion of the Company product range in his territoryProspect and visit Owners, Engineering Offices – MEP Consultants, Job Sites, PMC,Architects, Contractors, Distributors, and all other relevant instances in order topromote the Victaulic System in his territory.demonstrate and explain the Victaulic tools.Pursue and obtain the acceptance and specification of the Victaulic System by the Industry,Owners, Engineering Companies and Contractors.Ensure that the proper knowledge of the Victaulic System is present in his territory, throughusage of adequate means such as: seminars, training, technical literature, and technicalsupport.Participate at trade shows and other promotional activities beneficial to the promotion of theVictaulic system.Liaise with the local Victaulic distributor to ensure the proper information flow is availableand maintained.Visit job sites and follow up on the installation process of the Victaulic System by thecontractors. Train the contractor's personnel in usage and installation of the Victaulic systemif required.Handle product claims in cooperation with Victaulic Corporate Engineering.Provide assistance to finance personnel in collecting receivables on customersReport on weekly basis to his superior on activities and marketing information in his territory.Using SPM as required by company policy. Achieve budgeted sales and results in histerritory.Co-ordinate with other sales colleagues in the territory.RESULT SCOPESales BudgetTurnover on new productsSpecification ScoringBusiness with new and existing customerEDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
University or College degree, preferablyas mechanical engineer, or demonstrate equivalenttechnical knowledge acquired through experience.Familiarity with the Piping Products & System or show the ability to quickly acquire thenecessary knowledge and skills. Similar Fire products knowledge is an added advantage.Willing to travel as required.Strong communication skills and professional appearance.Living in his territory.Language Skills
