Branch Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and drive business growth at our branch. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, proven experience in team management, and the ability to achieve business targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall branch operations, ensuring smooth functioning and compliance with company policies.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise the branch team to achieve sales, revenue, and service goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase business opportunities and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and branch profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational guidelines.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of proven experience in branch/operations management.
• Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and drive strategic initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation
