Job Description

We are seeking a Patient Application Specialist & Content Creator who will serve as the bridge between our healthcare solutions and end-users. This role combines patient-facing application support with engaging content creation to enhance patient experience, promote awareness, and improve adoption of our digital healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Application Specialist

  • Guide patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals in using our healthcare applications.
  • Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption of the platform.
  • Troubleshoot technical or functional issues in collaboration with the product/tech team.
  • Collect user feedback to help improve product features and patient experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and support requests.

Content Creator

  • Develop clear, engaging, and empathetic content for patients, caregivers, and medical professionals (FAQs, guides, blogs, videos, infographics, social media posts, etc.).
  • Translate complex medical and technical information into patient-friendly content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to design campaigns that promote healthcare awareness and application usage.
  • Create educational resources (tutorials, explainer videos, step-by-step guides) to support digital literacy among patients.
  • Ensure all content adheres to healthcare compliance standards, data privacy laws, and brand guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Communications, or related field (master’s preferred).
  • 2–3 years of experience in healthcare support, medical writing, patient engagement, or digital health solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centric approach.
  • Ability to simplify medical/technical jargon into easy-to-understand content.
  • Proficiency in digital content creation tools (Canva, Adobe, video editing software, etc.).
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations, data privacy (HIPAA/GDPR), and patient confidentiality.
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of mobile health apps, EMRs, or patient portals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
