Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Cold calling, generating reports, Sales emails, Requirements gathering, setting up google meet calls with clients.
  • Convert cold/warm leads into qualified prospects through persuasive communication.
  • Follow up regularly with interested leads to guide them through the sales funnel.
  • Record all call notes, follow-ups, and lead statuses regularly
  • Build rapport with clients and develop long-term engagement through trust.
  • Ensure a smooth experience for customers from first call to handover or subscription.
  • Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets as assigned by the Sales Manager.
  • Share performance reports and lead feedback regularly.
  • Suggest improvements in the pitch or marketing materials based on client feedback.
  • Collaborate with marketing, tech, and on-ground sales teams to optimize lead handling.

Skills Required

  • 2+yrs of experience in cold calling and lead generation, especially in B2B software or SaaS domains.
  • Must be confident in engaging decision-makers and explaining complex solutions over phone calls.
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, telephone Etiquettes.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Strong ethics and reliability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
