Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bihar, India for a Branch Manager. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, managing staff, and achieving sales targets. Duties include developing business strategies, implementing marketing plans, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for conducting performance reviews, mentoring team members, and optimizing branch efficiency. Qualifications Experience in branch management, business development, and customer relationship management Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of marketing strategies and sales tactics Understanding of financial products, especially life insurance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and make informed decisions Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Experience in the insurance industry is a plus Show more Show less
