Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Branch Manager to lead our retail team in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in managing teams and driving business growth. Roles and Responsibility Manage and supervise a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and external partners. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth. Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development and expansion. Job Requirements Proven experience in branch management or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and strategic thinking. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry, including products, services, and regulations. Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred.
