Job Summary:

The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the two-wheeler showroom, including sales, service, customer satisfaction, staff management, and profitability. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and customer relationship management to achieve business growth and ensure smooth branch functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the branch (Sales, Service, Spares, and Administration).
• Achieve monthly sales and service targets to ensure branch profitability.
• Supervise and guide the sales, service, and support teams for optimal performance.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through quality service and complaint resolution.
• Plan and execute local marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and events.
• Oversee inventory management for vehicles, spares, and accessories.
• Ensure showroom discipline, grooming, and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with finance and insurance partners for smooth business operations.
• Recruit, train, and motivate branch staff to improve efficiency and performance.
• Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and update management regularly.
• Ensure all statutory compliances (RTO, insurance, PF/ESI, GST, etc.) are properly maintained.
• Uphold the brand’s reputation and represent the company at the branch level.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate/Post-Graduate in Business/Automobile/Management.
• 5–8 years of experience in the automobile/two-wheeler industry (with at least 2 years in a leadership role).
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
• Knowledge of sales, service, finance, insurance, and spare parts operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management systems (DMS/CRM).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
