Job Description

Achieve sales targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for new LAP sanctions and disbursements. Business development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the assigned market. This includes building relationships with property agents, builders, and other channel partners. Market penetration: Expand the LAP customer base by driving sales activities in new and untapped market segments. Cross-selling: Promote other banking or financial products to existing LAP customers to increase the branch's overall revenue. Lead generation: Ensure a steady pipeline of new leads through various channels, such as direct sales, marketing campaigns, and partner referrals.  Team Handling : Ensure to able to handle 5 FOS in team. Customer satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving queries and complaints promptly. Key customer management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, high-net-worth individuals, and business partners. Customer retention: Implement strategies to increase customer retention and encourage repeat business. Brand building: Enhance the company's reputation in the local market through strong customer service and successful business outcomes
