Relationship Manager/ Relationship Officer

Business development: Source new business for Loan Against Property by generating leads through the open market and empaneling, real estate agents, and other channel partners. Relationship management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and cross-sell other products such as insurance or credit cards. Sales target achievement: Actively work in the field to achieve monthly and quarterly sales and disbursement targets. Loan processing and coordination: Assist clients in completing loan applications and gathering necessary documentation. Coordinate with internal teams, such as credit, legal, and operations, to ensure the smooth and timely processing of loan applications. Conduct due diligence and property valuation to assess the viability of loan applications. Compliance and reporting: Ensure all processes adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions. Submit regular reports on sales activities and pipeline status to management.
