Job Description

Customer Acquisition & Sales: Drive sales, achieve business targets, and acquire new customers for micro-LAP products.  Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with customers and channel partners (like DSAs or builders) to ensure client retention and referrals.  Lead Generation & Conversion: Generate leads from existing members and through partner networks, and convert them into loan applications.  Loan Process Management: Guide customers through the loan application process, ensure timely disbursement, and track loan repayment to minimize defaults.  Compliance & Policy Adherence: Ensure all business on-boarded is compliant with the company's credit and product policies and relevant industry regulations.  Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and local needs to develop effective sales strategies.
