Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Develop new business from allocated accounts; to leverage opportunity for Upsell / Cross Sell from these accounts. Set Meetings with prospects, establish and maintain relationship with top / senior management in allocated customers with objective of pushing Stellar ; Find/develop new markets and potential customers to meet business targets- software products and services (end to end client relationship management). Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Developing quotes and proposals for Customers. Lead team and help them to complete their individual targets. Contacting potential Customers IT Managers and IT Heads of Corporates, to establish rapport and arrange meetings. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 7 years experience in B2B Software sales Direct Sales and out of the total experience min 2 years should be in Supervisory/team management role. Great Communication Skills , Negotiation Skills , Account Management Skills and Perseverance Business Goal Oriented, ability to achieve business targets consistently. Willingness to travel frequently during the month. Channel sales experience will be preferred. Experience of working on Sales CRM is desirable Candidate should have excellent presentation skills & exposure of working on MS Office.
