Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch, including customer service, sales, and administration
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets and increase profitability
• Monitor and analyze branch performance, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their financial needs, and provide appropriate solutions
• Lead and motivate a team of branch staff, provide training and development opportunities, and ensure high levels of employee engagement
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities
• Represent the bank in the local community and participate in networking events to promote the bank's brand and services
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail banking, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders
• In-depth knowledge of banking products and services, and the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
