Job Summary;

Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of sales executives to meet monthly/annual business targets for LAP and secured loans.
  
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the loan portfolio.
  
• Recruit, manage, and build strong relationships with

  DSAs

  ,

  Connectors

  , and

  Loan Agents

  .
• Source new business through

  direct/open market channels

  , referrals, and local networks (e.g., property dealers, builders, CAs).
• Work closely with internal teams to

  cross-sell

  financial products to existing customers.
• Ensure branch operations run smoothly with full compliance to lending policies and documentation standards.
  
• Track sales performance, drive improvements, and conduct regular training sessions.
  
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners for long-term growth.
  

Required Qualifications

• Experience

  : 4 to 8 years in

  Affordable LAP / Secured Loans

  domain.

• Team Leadership

  : At least 1 year of team handling experience.

• Product Knowledge

  : Strong understanding of

  retail lending

  ,

  loan processing

  , and

  credit policies

  .

• Channel Experience

  : Prior experience with

  DSA / Connector network management

  is preferred.

• Sales Skills

  : Proven ability in open market sourcing, lead generation, and cross-selling.

• Communication

  : Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Location Preference

  : Candidates from local areas will be given priority.
