Job Title: Branch Manager / Head (Operations)

Location: Indore, MP (Work from Office)

Salary: Industry Standard

Education:

Master’s in Business Administration, HR, or IT Management

Industry:

IT, Business Consulting, HR Consulting

Requirements:

  • 6–10 years of experience in operations or team management, preferably within recruitment or IT services
  • Strong leadership skills to manage both recruitment and software development teams
  • Knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and basic IT project workflows
  • Experience handling clients, team KPIs, and performance tracking
  • Familiarity with HR processes, daily reporting, and team discipline
  • Proficiency in task management tools, Excel MIS reporting, MS Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and decision-making abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee branch operations with a focus on process adherence, efficiency, and profitability
  • Manage recruitment and software development teams to ensure productivity and alignment with business goals
  • Track KPIs, daily reporting, and team performance, providing regular updates to senior management
  • Handle client communication and relationship management to ensure service quality and timely delivery
  • Implement and monitor HR processes, attendance, and team discipline
  • Drive revenue and operational targets with accountability for results
  • Conduct weekly team meetings, monitor workloads, and resolve operational challenges
  • Utilize MIS reports and task management tools to track progress and manage deadlines
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and revenue growth within the branch
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
  • Support business development initiatives as required
