Job Description

Branch Manager oversees branch operations, driving sales and customer service to meet financial goals while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management. Key responsibilities include team leadership and development, budget management, monitoring daily activities, addressing customer issues, and enhancing the branch's local market presence and reputation. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development:

  • Assess local market conditions to identify sales opportunities. 
  • Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans to meet sales targets. 
  • Engage with top customers to maintain and enhance relationships. 
  • Operations & Risk Management:

  • Manage all operational aspects, including distribution, customer service, and administration. 
  • Ensure compliance with all internal and regulatory guidelines and laws. 
  • Conduct daily monitoring of operations, such as cash verification and audit reviews, to ensure efficiency and security. 
  • Customer Service:

  • Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction through first-contact resolution. 
  • Address customer complaints and queries promptly. 
  • Conduct customer engagement programs to build loyalty.
