Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Branch Manager located in Chennai, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, developing and implementing business plans, monitoring branch financial activities, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Branch Manager will also handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and create a motivating and rewarding work environment for staff.
