Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Branch Manager located in Trivandrum with some work from home acceptable. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity and sales, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role includes managing staff, providing excellent customer service, and building strong relationships with clients. Additionally, the Branch Manager will be responsible for achieving financial targets, monitoring market trends, and identifying opportunities for growth. Qualifications Branch Operations Management, Staff Management, and Leadership skills Sales Strategy Development, Marketing, and Business Development skills Compliance and Regulatory knowledge Customer Service and Relationship Building skills Financial Target Achievement and Market Trend Analysis skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field Experience in the financial services industry is a plus Show more Show less
