Job Description

Candidate must have minimum 5 years experience in Bank or NBFC.

Qualification : Any Degree/PG

Job location : Madurai, Tamil Nadu

Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Sales

  • Achieve monthly and annual business targets for loans, deposits, and other financial products.
  • Develop local market strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing clients.
  • Monitor lead generation, conversions, and productivity of the sales team.
  • Build strong relationships with DSAs, agents, and referral sources.

2. Branch Operations

  • Ensure smooth and compliant branch operations as per company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Oversee documentation, disbursement, and post-disbursement processes.
  • Maintain accurate records, MIS reports, and timely submissions to Head Office.
  • Ensure proper cash handling and internal controls.

3. Collections & Portfolio Quality

  • Monitor collections, overdue accounts, and delinquency levels.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and recovery actions for overdue and NPA accounts.
  • Coordinate with collection and legal teams when required.
  • Maintain healthy portfolio quality and minimize risk.

4. Team Management & Leadership

  • Lead, motivate, and manage branch staff including sales, operations, and support teams.
  • Conduct daily/weekly reviews, performance monitoring, and target tracking.
  • Identify training needs and ensure skill development of team members.
  • Ensure discipline, attendance, and adherence to HR policies.

5. Customer Service & Relationship Management

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Address customer grievances and resolve issues promptly.
  • Build long-term customer relationships to enhance repeat business.

6. Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and statutory regulations.
  • Cooperate with internal audits, inspections, and surprise checks.
  • Identify operational and credit risks and take corrective actions.

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduation (mandatory); MBA/PG preferred.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in NBFC/Fincorp/Banking, with 2–3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of lending products, operations, and collections.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Sales and negotiation ability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
