Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

Drive Health Insurance product sales to achieve monthly & quarterly targets.
Identify new business opportunities through channels like Agency, Corporate, Direct, and Banca.
Build strong relationships with partners, distributors, and corporate clients.

2. Team Management

Recruit, train, and motivate Sales Managers/Advisors/Agents.
Monitor team performance and ensure daily activity tracking.
Conduct regular team meetings, coaching, and performance reviews.

3. Branch Operations

Ensure smooth functioning of branch operations.
Maintain compliance with company processes and regulatory guidelines.
Work closely with underwriting, claims, and service teams to resolve customer issues.

4. Customer Relationship Management

Ensure high-quality customer support and retention.
Manage escalations and ensure speedy service delivery.

5. Reporting & MIS

Track branch sales performance and prepare reports.
Maintain accurate data on productivity, funnel, and conversions.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate / MBA preferred.
Minimum
5 years of experience in Insurance/BFSI
, preferably Health Insurance.
Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Strong analytical, planning, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under targets and drive high performance.
