WE have openings for BM/ DBM/ Personal Banker/ Wealth RM at Kolkata_Indian leading Bank

Role Objective:

Key Responsibilities:

Drive branch business targets: CASA, deposits, loans, cross-sell & revenue.
Lead and motivate branch team (RMs, operations, tellers).
Ensure high customer service standards and manage key customer relationships.
Oversee daily branch operations, cash management & service quality.
Ensure 100% compliance with KYC/AML, audits, and regulatory guidelines.
Manage branch profitability, cost control, and portfolio quality (NPA control).
Build local market visibility and acquire new customers.
