Job Description

Job Summary:

The Franchise Executive will be responsible for managing franchise operations, supporting franchise partners, ensuring adherence to company standards, and driving business growth across assigned franchise locations. The role involves coordination, training, performance monitoring, and relationship management to ensure smooth and efficient franchise functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Franchise Development

Identify potential franchise leads and support the onboarding and documentation process.

Coordinate with internal teams for franchise setup, training, and launch activities.

Maintain updated records of franchise agreements, renewals, and compliance documentation.

2.Franchise Operations & Support

Assist franchise partners in day-to-day operational queries and provide timely resolution.

Ensure all franchise outlets comply with company policies, branding guidelines, and operational standards.

Conduct regular visits, audits, and performance checks for franchise stores.

3. Performance Monitoring

Track franchise sales, KPIs, and operational productivity.

Prepare and share monthly performance reports with management.

Recommend corrective actions and improvement strategies for underperforming franchises.

4. Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees to ensure satisfaction and alignment with business goals.

Act as the primary point of contact between the company and franchise partners.

5. Training & Compliance

Support training programs for new franchise partners and their staff.

Ensure adherence to quality, hygiene, safety, and service standards across all franchise locations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in franchise management, operations, or business development (preferred).

Strong communication, coordination, and relationship-management skills.

Ability to analyze performance data and prepare reports.

Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.

Willingness to travel for franchise visits and audits.

Additional Competencies:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Customer-focused mindset.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of franchise models and retail operations (advantageous).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
