Graphics Designer

1. Video & Testimonial Support

Review raw testimonial footage to create suitable thumbnails.

Write scripts for testimonial videos and share with the video editor.

Assist with video recording sessions when required.

2. Social Media & Digital Creation

Design and post promotional materials for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.

Prepare and design monthly “Special Days” calendars and creatives.

Write captions and descriptions for social media posts, testimonials, and events.

Design video thumbnails in multiple languages (English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati).

3. Calendar Design & Printing

Create and finalize the yearly testimonial calendar based on existing or new creative formats.

Present drafts for management approval and implement feedback.

Coordinate with vendors for printing quotations, approvals, and final production.

4. Event Design & Coordination

Design event materials including certificates, trophies, standees, lucky draw coupons, and food passes.

Coordinate with vendors for design printing, quotations, and delivery.

Attend events as per management directions.

5. Franchise & Branding Materials

Design franchise collaterals such as foam boards, pamphlets, and opening ceremony creatives (invitations, social posts, short videos).

Update franchise details (address, contact info) on design materials.

Coordinate approvals and printing with management and vendors.

6. Additional Design Tasks

Create designs for ID cards, brochures, prescription pads, stickers, and other materials as requested.

Design QR codes for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).

Coordinate with doctors for “Health Tip” posts and related creatives.

7. Administrative & Coordination Tasks

Maintain proper documentation of all design approvals, files, and communications.

Submit a monthly report detailing completed designs, pending approvals, and vendor coordination.

Manage housekeeping schedules and assist in lead management when required.

Monitor and respond to interactions on organizational Facebook pages.

Tools & Platforms Used

Design Tools: CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop.

Communication: WhatsApp, Email

Social Media: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube

File Sharing: Google Drive, WeTransfer

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.

Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.

Strong creativity and attention to detail.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with social media trends and digital marketing creatives.

Basic video editing or script-writing knowledge is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
