Perform receptionist duties (patient registration, answering calls, scheduling appointments, front-desk assistance) when required.

Counseling service for patients pursuing homeopathic therapy; convincing patients to take our medicines, Patient handling, Maintain confidentiality and follow hospital standards;

• offer patients and their families financial support and direction to take Modern Homeopathy medicines.
• Provide counseling services to patients pursuing homeopathic treatment.
• Convince patients to start and continue recommended customized Modern Homeopathy medicines.
• Handle patients with empathy and professionalism while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to hospital standards.
• Advice and guid patients and their families to take Modern Homeopathy medicines.
• Convince and guide patients to give testimonials regarding their treatment experience.
• Conduct follow-up calls with new patients who have not yet started treatment.
• Re-engage discontinued patients through consistent counseling and follow-ups.
• Manage old patients by guiding them about medicines, clarifying doubts, and addressing inquiries regarding discounts or other concerns.
• Ensure daily reporting and updates of doctors’ consultations/check-ins in the clinic software.
• Maintain accurate records of counseling, follow-ups, and patient progress.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
