Audit and Branch operations Executive

You will be responsible for managing infrastructure-related needs across 15 medical branches in India. Your duties will include identifying suitable locations for office/clinic relocation or expansion, coordinating with vendors to procure necessary instruments and equipment for each branch, and ensuring smooth execution of operational tasks from the Head Office. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying and evaluating potential sites for new or relocating branches across India - Coordinating all infrastructure requirements for new branches - Working closely with vendors and service providers for timely delivery and installation of required instruments and supplies - Acting as the primary point of contact between branches and the Head Office for operational support - Maintaining detailed records of all branch-related procurement, setups, shifts, and infrastructure updates To qualify for this role, you should have: - A graduate degree in any stream (preferred: Business Administration, Operations Management, or related) - 1-4 years of experience in branch operations, facilities management, or administrative support roles - Knowledge of infrastructure setup, vendor handling, and logistics coordination - Good negotiation, documentation, and interpersonal skills - Willingness to travel across India as per project needs Key skills required for this position include: - Branch Operations - Site Selection & Evaluation - Procurement & Vendor Management - Communication & Coordination - MS Office & Reporting Tools - Problem Solving - Multi-tasking - Travel Management This is a full-time job opportunity with benefits including Provident Fund.
