Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Branch Head to oversee the operations of our branch in Amritsar, Punjab, IndiaAs the Branch Head, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of professionals, achieving business targets, and ensuring smooth functioning of the branch.

Qualifications And Skills
Proven experience as a Branch Head or similar role in the education or related industryMid-Level:4 to 6 years of experienceStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent sales and communication skillsPassionate about work and willing to go the extra mileKnowledge of IELTS and study abroad processesAbility to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyGood problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to build and maintain relationships with clientsProficient in MS Office and other relevant softwareRoles And ResponsibilitiesManage the overall operations of the branch and ensure its smooth functioningLead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve business targetsDevelop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase revenueMonitor and evaluate branch performance and provide regular reports to the managementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfactionEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsCoordinate with other branches and the head office to streamline operationsStay updated with industry trends and competitor activitiesManage and resolve any customer complaints or issuesConduct regular team meetings to align goals and improve performance
