Branch Head

1. Branch Operations

• Supervise daily operations of the branch.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Monitor cash flow, inventories (if retail), or service delivery quality.

2. Team Leadership & Management

• Hire, train, and supervise branch staff.
• Assign tasks and set performance goals.
• Conduct performance evaluations and staff development.

3. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain relationships with key customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
• Ensure high standards of customer service.

4. Sales & Business Development

• Achieve branch sales targets (loans, deposits, insurance, etc., if in banking).
• Identify opportunities for business growth.
• Implement marketing and promotional strategies.

5. Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure branch adheres to legal and regulatory standards.
• Minimize operational risks through audits and checks.
• Report suspicious transactions or activities (especially in banking).

6. Financial Management

• Oversee branch budget and expenses.
• Prepare financial reports and forecasts.
• Monitor profitability and cost-efficiency.

7. Reporting & Communication

• Report branch performance to regional or senior management.
• Coordinate with other departments or branches as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
