We are a fast-growing immigration and overseas career consultancy specializing in Work Permits, Visitor visa and Study Visa services . With a mission to provide transparent and result-oriented guidance, we are expanding our presence and seeking a Branch Head to lead our operations and team. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage day-to-day branch operations and team performance. Supervise counsellors, telecallers, and filing officers to achieve monthly targets. Conduct team training and performance reviews . Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels. Drive sales and conversion growth through effective lead management. Ensure compliance with company policies and accurate documentation . Coordinate with the head office for strategic planning and reporting * Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3–4 years of experience in the immigration / overseas education industry . Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, counseling, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle pressure and meet business targets.
