Branch Head

We are a fast-growing immigration and overseas career consultancy specializing in Work Permits, Visitor visa and Study Visa services . With a mission to provide transparent and result-oriented guidance, we are expanding our presence and seeking a Branch Head to lead our operations and team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day branch operations and team performance.
• Supervise counsellors, telecallers, and filing officers to achieve monthly targets.
• Conduct team training and performance reviews.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Drive sales and conversion growth through effective lead management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with the head office for strategic planning and reporting

• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in the immigration / overseas education industry.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, counseling, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet business targets.
• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
