We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Head to lead our financial services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of financial services, and the ability to foster a positive work environment. The Branch Head will play a crucial role in managing loan origination and processing while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Supervise and mentor staff, providing training on loan processing and financial services.
• Oversee loan origination processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Implement strategies to achieve branch goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for upper management.
• Ensure the branch adheres to all banking policies and procedures.
• Utilize financial software for reporting, data analysis, and operational management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of loan processing, origination, and related regulations.
• Proficient in basic math skills; ability to perform calculations accurately.
• Experience with financial software applications is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service.
• Familiarity with 10 key typing is a plus.
• A background as a loan officer is advantageous but not required.
