Job Description

dynamic and experienced Branch Head

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage overall branch operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives and performance goals.
Lead, guide, and motivate a team of Sales Managers to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance branch profitability and strengthen market presence.
Manage administrative activities including budgeting, staffing, and compliance with organizational policies.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and business partners to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Monitor sales performance, prepare analytical reports, and present business updates to senior management.
Foster effective coordination between departments and promote a collaborative work environment.
Identify local market opportunities and execute business development initiatives to capture new prospects.
Uphold company standards, values, and brand reputation across all branch operations.

Key Requirements:

Minimum
10 years of experience
in branch management, sales leadership, or business operations.
Must be a
resident of Pune
with strong knowledge of the local market dynamics.
Demonstrated success in managing teams and achieving business goals.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational capabilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Proficiency in
MS Office
and familiarity with
CRM or business management tools
.
Bachelors degree in
Business Administration, Management, or a related field
(MBA preferred).
