Position: Branch Head / Manager Location: Bathinda, Punjab Company: Indo European Study Abroad Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM Salary Range: ₹50,000 to ₹80,000 (based on experience and qualifications) Age Limit: Below 45 years Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven, and experienced Branch Head/Manager to lead our Bathinda branch. The ideal candidate must have 7–10 years of experience in the overseas education industry , including at least 5 years in a managerial role . You will be responsible for overseeing the branch operations, team leadership, business development, student counseling, and ensuring top-tier customer service. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the daily operations of the Bathinda branch Drive branch performance to meet enrollment targets and revenue goals Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of counselors and support staff Ensure excellent student counseling for study abroad destinations (Canada, UK, Australia, Europe, etc.) Develop and implement business strategies for lead generation and conversion Organize and manage promotional events, seminars, and webinars Ensure timely reporting to the head office and maintain compliance with company policies Build strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners Manage branch budgets, expenditures, and resource allocation effectively Requirements: Experience: 7–10 years in the study abroad or overseas education sector Minimum 5 years in a team leadership or managerial role Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream (preferably in management or education) Communication: Excellent English speaking and writing skills are a must Skills : Strong leadership and team management skills Sales-oriented approach with a focus on targets Strong interpersonal and decision-making abilities High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer orientation Interested candidate can send their resume: 72919 93498 Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹23,356.23 - ₹72,826.52 per month Benefits: Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
