1. Sales Leadership: Lead the sales efforts of the branch, ensuring that sales targets for financial products are met or exceeded. Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies to achieve branch objectives and drive revenue growth. Set clear sales goals and expectations for the team, providing guidance and motivation to meet or exceed targets. 2. Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase branch profitability. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic partners to drive business growth. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for new product offerings and sales approaches. 3. Team Management & Training: Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to enhance their performance and achieve branch sales targets. Provide regular training on new products, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies. Foster a high-performance culture within the team, motivating them to reach individual and team targets. 4. Customer Acquisition & Retention: Drive customer acquisition efforts by identifying potential clients and developing tailored solutions for their financial needs. Focus on retaining existing clients through personalized service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Develop strategies for cross-selling and up-selling financial products to increase sales opportunities. 5. Sales Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and analyze branch sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Prepare regular sales reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities. Utilize sales data to forecast trends and adjust strategies to maximize revenue. 6. Local Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute local promotional campaigns to attract new customers. Organize events, workshops, and outreach initiatives to build brand presence and generate leads. 7. Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients by providing expert advice and solutions tailored to their financial goals. Engage with high-net-worth individuals or key clients to ensure top-tier service and explore further business opportunities. As the Branch Head, you will be at the forefront of the branch's success, utilizing your leadership skills, sales expertise, and business development acumen to drive performance. If you come with your own sales team, you will have the added advantage of an established network and a proven ability to lead and deliver results. Desired Candidate Profile 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Candidates who can bring their own sales team will be given preference. 3. Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Planning, Investment Advisory, or Wealth Management. 3. A pleasing and professional personality. 4.
