Branch Head - Direct Channel

As a Direct Channel Sales & Distribution professional with 3+ years of experience in the Life Insurance domain, you will play a crucial role in driving business targets and ensuring branch operations compliance in Jabalpur or Indore, MP. Reporting to the Zonal Head / Regional Business Head, your key responsibilities will include: - Leading, managing, and motivating a team of Relationship Managers / Direct Sales Executives. - Developing sales strategies to acquire new customers and deepen existing relationships. - Ensuring achievement of revenue, productivity, and profitability goals. - Managing branch operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and IRDAI regulations. - Training, guiding, and mentoring sales staff to improve selling skills and enhance performance. - Monitoring market trends, competition activities, and implementing local strategies for growth. - Building strong customer relationships and maintaining service excellence. Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduate / Postgraduate, MBA preferred. - 8 - 10 years of sales experience (minimum 3 years in Life Insurance). - Proven track record in direct sales and team management. - Strong understanding of Hyderabad market dynamics. - Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills. - Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within timelines. Preferred skills for this position encompass: - Prior experience as a Branch Manager / Sales Manager in Life Insurance. - High energy, result-oriented mindset with strong decision-making ability. - Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. - Ability to build, train, and retain high-performing sales teams.
