Branch Head

We are looking for a Branch Head - Brokerage Business and P&L Management who can oversee daily operations, implements sales strategies to achieve targets, and manages staff to ensure a high-performing team. The role is expected to primarily look after Revenue and Profit Growth

• Operational management:

  Manage day-to-day branch operations, including customer service, administrative tasks, and ensuring the branch functions smoothly.

• Sales and strategy:

  Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed branch targets. This involves identifying sales opportunities and driving branch profitability.

• Staff leadership:

  Lead, train, mentor, and evaluate a team of financial advisors and support staff. This includes setting performance goals and providing coaching.

• Client relationship management:

  Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, handle escalated issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Compliance and risk management:

  Ensure the branch operates in compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

• Market analysis:

  Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and economic conditions to provide insights to clients and inform branch strategy.

• Financial management:

  Oversee the branch's budget, manage costs, and ensure financial reporting is accurate and timely. Prepare and present financial reports to upper management.

• Collaboration:

  Work with other branches and departments to align business strategies and share best practices.
