Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Credit Manager based in Hanumangarh. The Branch Credit Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day credit operations at the branch level, including assessing and managing credit risk, evaluating loan applications, and maintaining a high-quality credit portfolio. The individual will also communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensure compliance with company credit policies, and support the branch in achieving its financial objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Credit Management and Credit Risk Management
• Proficiency in Finance principles and practices
• Analytical Skills to assess and evaluate creditworthiness effectively
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and NBFC credit policies
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Prior experience in a similar role within the financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
