Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 4-5 years of experience to lead our branch business as the Branch Business Head in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and expand customer base. Manage and supervise a team of sales professionals to meet targets and provide coaching and training. Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders to drive business growth. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats. Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency. Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals. Job Requirements Minimum 4-5 years of experience in BFSI industry, preferably in banking or finance. Strong leadership and management skills with ability to motivate teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and issues. Experience in managing budgets and controlling expenses to ensure profitability.
